This agreement is concluded between SAGLIK YAYINCILIK YAZILIM BILISIM LTD STI. (hereinafter referred to as "Medicatenders"), the owner and operator of the site, and the user who becomes a member of or visits the site (hereinafter referred to as "User").

Medicatenders is an information platform that brings together global and local tenders, procurement announcements, and projects in the medical sector. The Site offers users the opportunity to search, view, and track tenders.

3. Terms of Use and Membership

• The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when becoming a member of the Site. Medicatenders reserves the right to cancel membership in case of false or incomplete information.
• The User is personally responsible for the security of the password and username used to access the site.
• The tenders on the Site are for informational purposes. Medicatenders does not guarantee 100% accuracy or currency of tender data but makes every effort to ensure data accuracy.
• The Site may not be used to share content that is illegal, threatening, insulting, or violates the rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, texts, graphics, logos, images, databases, and software on the Site are the property of Medicatenders and are protected by national/international intellectual property laws. 5. Limitation of Liability

Disruptions or losses experienced in the tender participation processes are the User's own responsibility.

6. Changes to the Agreement

Medicatenders reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective on the date they are published on the site. Users are deemed to have accepted the updated terms by continuing to use the site.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to the resolution of disputes that may arise from the application of this agreement, and Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
